Pricing FAQ
Can I try SolvePLO before paying?
Yes. The free tier includes preflop ranges for all positions and 5 postflop boards per day. No credit card required, no expiration. Use it as long as you want. Upgrade only when you decide you need more.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switch from monthly to annual billing at any time from your account settings. The annual rate ($49/mo for Core) applies immediately. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
What happens when I cancel?
You retain full access through the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier — preflop ranges and 5 postflop boards per day. We don't delete your account or data.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. After 7 days, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Do you offer team or group pricing?
Not currently. If you're a coaching or study group interested in multi-seat pricing, reach out to [email protected] and we'll work something out.
Is the annual plan one lump payment?
Yes. Core annual is $588 ($49/mo x 12), charged once per year. This saves $132/year compared to monthly billing.
